Where do we deliver Gift?
We deliver all over Bangladesh except Khagrasori, Bandarban, Rangamati, Cox's Bazar and Noakhali. All gifts are available at anytime unless any variation is specified in the product description.
Do we deliver Internationally?
Yes, but only Dress/Sharee and Books via EMS. Usually it takes 5-7 days to arrive at your address.
Delivery time? Can you select your preferred?
Yes, you will get the option at checkout and select your preferred delivered time matched with the recipient's availability. We deliver from 7am in the morning to 10pm at night. We can deliver gift at Midnight to surprise him/her on your request but it depends on the delivery area for security reason.
Delivery charge ?
Delivery to Dhaka and all GP flexi load are free of Charge. But delivery charge need to be paid for other cities. Why? well the answer is simple - You can't get the best products at other cities than Dhaka and you pay for the transportation only. Some company offer free delivery to some of the cities but how can you get a cake from Dhaka COOPERS to Sylhet or Chittagong without transporting using a air-conditioned service. Our price is justified and Quality is more important to us. You will be able to view the International EMS post charge while ordering the product as it depends on the weight and type of product. Only Sharee, Dress & Books are available for EMS. Delivery Charge to Different District of Bangladesh are given here. You may see a small difference at the checkout as the cost is dependent on the current currency conversion rate:
Ordering time: how early should you order? Do we have urgent delivery service? YES: we do have urgent delivery service. Please order online and call/SMS our international office on +61-411848758 to request a fast track processing. We check orders in a timely manner and we may miss to check your urgent order if you don't call us. There is no additional charge for emergency delivery service but it is available to Dhaka city only.
You should order 36-48 hours early to receive the premium quality service. Please take in account that Bangladesh is one day advanced in time than UK, USA and Canada time, follow Bangladesh time for this ordering time.
How can you send a gift without going to his/her address?
Its easy, he/she can come to our office and pick up the gift. You will see 'Any Special Request' option at checkout and type your request there. We will contact the recipient and organize a time that she can come to our office at Dhanmondi, Dhaka and pick up the gift. This service is available for deliveries to other cities than Dhaka as well, we will call her and select a prominent place as pickup point.
How do we send the confirmation that your gift is delivered?
UPOHAR maintain a top class delivery confirmation; You will receive you gift delivery confirmation in the following steps : Step 1: You will be sent a SMS (if you provide mobile no) as soon as the gift is delivered Step 2: An e-mail to notify you the delivery time and any details or message from the recipient. Step 3: Picture of the gift along with the recipient to proof that the delivered product is same as you have ordered. If you do not want UPOHAR delivery person to take the photo of the recipient, please select NO at checkout. Photo confirmation will be processed within 24 - 48 hours after the delivery day.
What if there is a Strike/ Road Block / Sudden flood or unavoidable situation to hold delivery? We will contact you and try to find a comfortable time to deliver the gift as soon as possible.

While any of our valuable customers send any item as a gift, is a subject of accepting our delivery policy along with all the terms an condition. One particular order is called COMPLETE if;
Your addressed recipient receive the gift that you have chosen over the internet or at any agent shop or fixed with the Upohar administration.
A copy of your order will be given to the recipient to check the order. Price will not be mentioned on that.
Recipient has to check the gift according to the order and sign the acknowledgment paper.
If recipient is happy with the service; its a complete service.
You will be the first person to know if anything goes wrong such as mistake in the address, damaged or wrong product, unavoidable circumstance to delay delivery, sudden crisis of particular product and any other unwanted reasons.
Based on your decision you can ask for a refund (see refund policy) or change of product or delivery on a nearest possible date.
In case of EMERGENCY service we always try our best to satisfy the given time window but we do not have any hand on unwanted delay. Please allow reasonable time for the service.
